Purchase prices are liable to change as the kids mature without notice. I require a $50.00 for first goat and $25.00 per aditional goat deposit that is non refundable unless the goat gets ill while on this property and is unable to be transported. Payment is to be paid in full or I have post dated check/s in hand before the goat can leave this property. If for some reason the check bounced or if the postdated checks have gone bad and more have to be sent a 10% penalty fee will be added to what is owed. If something comes up and ya need me to hold the check I must be notified 24 hours before the date of that check is due to be deposited and given a new date to put on that check. I have been burned enough by people giving me the run around regarding their payments. Seller has the right to request the return of the goats without notice should they not be paid in full by said date at time of sale (if I have to come pick them up there will not be a refund given but if buyer brings them back a refund will be given depending on condition of goats upon return minus the penalty charge and deposit). The goat is guaranteed 30 days after purchase. Should you decide that the goat doesn't fit your program or you find that you no longer can care for the goat. This is void however if I sell a kid before I am willing to wean it or if the goat is abused in any way (starved, injured, etc). I will require a copy of the vet diagnosis upon Medical check if goat is still alive/neocropsy if the goat died, along with a copy of the receipt of purchase which I will provide to you upon the purchase date. Returns without replacement will be refunded minus the first 50.00 (which is the nonrefundable deposit at time of purchase) or you can choose another goat that is at equil or lesser price on the goats I have available for sale (if I have none for sale at that time and IOU will be given and when some go up for sale they will have pick of those (cost will have to be equil or lesser than the one brought back unless buyer wants to pay the difference). All health certificates and transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. If I am required to get an health cert for you the cost of the gas to take the goat to the vet along with the cost of certificate will be added to the final cost. My vet charges 15.00 per certificate paper more if blood work is required. It costs me 7.00 round trip to the vet.
